Neal Mandel – Managing Partner

Neal Mandel is a 25 year veteran in the direct response arena. His expertise in sales, marketing and business development gives him a genuine perspective and understanding of client needs and of improving ways to help them generate revenues.  As Chief Sales Officer for VentureDirect Worldwide, he was solely responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and sales of the List Services, Print Media and Interactive divisions. Prior to the internet explosion, Mr. Mandel built the largest direct response “card pac division” nationwide. Working with tier one publishing companies including McGraw Hill, John Wiley, Mosby and Prentice Hall. Neal  launched “special direct response sections” for magazine partners that include Fortune, Money, Fortune Small Business, PCWorld, Inc., Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Ebony, OK!, Essence, Delta, Southwest, American and Continental Airlines. Neal oversaw the robust online division which generated over $50 million in sales revenue from lead generation, co-registration, email, banners, contextual, and search engine marketing services. His portfolio of clients is unsurpassed. Prior to launching TANVENTURE Media, Mr. Mandel was the Chief Sales Officer for Adzoomi, a viral video platform built to create measurable word of mouth marketing campaigns in social media.

 Tom Storm was an early pioneer of performance-based media in the online sector.  Tom has firsthand experience in virtually every web based customer acquisition and lead generation strategy available. He has helped companies successfully deliver sales and leads from registration paths to sophisticated behavioral data mining and marketing. As Chief Interactive officer at Venture Direct, Mr. Storm was responsible for building a $50 million dollar interactive division with products ranging from online lead generation to search engine marketing.

Working in publisher development, Tom has extensive experience creating new revenue streams for publishers through lead generation, list management and site representation. Mr. Storm has spent his entire career helping companies build scalable customer acquisition and revenue generation programs within interactive media.
